1. The program
Riverstone Rewards is the loyalty program of Riverstone Hair Salon (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the program you agree to these terms. Joining is free.
2. Your account
One account per person. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account. Give us accurate details so we can recognise you at the counter.
3. Stamps, coins and rewards
- You earn stamps or coins for genuine visits and purchases, under the rules shown in the app at the time.
- Stamps, coins and rewards have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, sold or transferred to another person.
- Rewards and coins may expire. Expiry dates are shown in the app.
- We may change the program’s rewards and rules, or end the program, with reasonable notice in the app. Rewards you have already earned stay redeemable until their shown expiry.
4. Fair use
Don’t scan codes without visiting, share codes, use more than one account, or otherwise try to get rewards you haven’t earned. If we find misuse we may remove stamps, coins or rewards gained that way, and suspend or close the account.
5. Orders
If you place an order through the app, you pay for it at the counter. Prices and availability are confirmed by our staff.
